This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard information when you access or use our products, websites, applications, platforms, integrations, and related services (collectively, the "Services").

By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. Questions may be directed to privacy@trustaimission.com.

2. Roles and Responsibilities

Trust AI provides AI-powered technology to law firms, corporations, financial institutions, and professional organizations ("Subscribers"). Trust AI acts as a service provider and processor for Subscriber data, while Subscribers act as the data controllers for their client information. Requests regarding personal data appearing in documents uploaded by a Subscriber should be directed to the Subscriber.

Cookies and Tracking. Trust AI uses essential cookies for authentication, analytics cookies to understand platform usage, and functional cookies to store user preferences. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not function properly.

Aggregated Data. Trust AI may aggregate or anonymize information to analyze platform usage, improve services, and develop new features. Aggregated data does not identify individuals.

4. How We Use Personal Information

We may use personal information to provide, operate, and maintain our Services, manage user accounts, provide technical support, personalize user experience, improve platform functionality, develop new features, ensure system security, detect fraud or misuse, enforce legal agreements, communicate service updates, and comply with legal obligations.

5. How We Share Information

Trust AI does not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers who help operate the platform (cloud hosting, cybersecurity, analytics, email, infrastructure providers), corporate affiliates where necessary for operations, and external applications you choose to connect with Trust AI.

We may also disclose information if necessary to comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful government requests, enforce legal rights, prevent fraud or abuse, or protect the safety of users or the public.

6. Data Security
